These terms govern access to My 360 Review. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

The service

My 360 Review provides tools to configure a review, invite raters, collect feedback and generate an anonymity-protected report. The service is intended for development and feedback purposes. It is not a substitute for professional legal, employment, psychological or clinical advice.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and for a legitimate, clearly communicated purpose.
• Have authority to provide subject and rater contact details.
• Give participants appropriate privacy information.
• Keep your account and report links secure.
• Do not use the service to harass, discriminate, deceive or make solely automated employment decisions.

Feedback and confidentiality

You must not attempt to identify raters, circumvent reporting thresholds or combine protected outputs with other information to infer an individual response. Anonymity protections reduce identification risk but cannot eliminate it in every circumstance.

Acceptable use

You may not probe or disrupt the service, access another person’s account or review, send unsolicited email, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer security controls or use automated traffic that places an unreasonable load on the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or prevent abuse.

Ownership

You retain rights in information you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. My 360 Review retains rights in the software, design, documentation and product branding.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Feedback is subjective and decisions remain the responsibility of the owner and recipient. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse, or decisions made solely from a report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse or security risk. Data deletion arrangements are described in the privacy policy.
